Interactive Business Systems Diagnostic

A bilingual self-service diagnostic designed to help founders, COOs and finance leaders identify where process, data, reporting, controls and automation foundations may need attention before adding another tool or AI layer.

The problem

Turn website traffic into a useful systems conversation — without gating value.

Before this build, visitors could contact SVYAT directly, but there was no self-service assessment that helped them structure the problem first. The secondary homepage CTA also duplicated the same contact intent instead of offering a lower-friction path.

What we built

One reusable diagnostic engine, two business modules.

  • SVYAT Business Systems Diagnostic for founders, COOs and operating leaders.
  • CFO Systems Readiness Assessment for treasury, reporting, data, controls, forecasting and automation foundations.
  • 10 guided questions per module, six dimension-level scores and an indicative overall score.
  • Top-3 improvement priorities plus a recommended sequence of change.
  • Systems-before-AI logic that does not push automation ahead of process, data and control foundations.
  • Immediate result before any email is requested.
  • Optional consultation handoff that carries the diagnostic result and priority context into the enquiry.
Accepted evidence

What the implementation has actually proved.

Desktop + mobile E2ESubmitted enquiries delivered matching diagnostic score and priority context to the SVYAT inbox.
EN + UA parityFunctional and language QA passed across both client-facing variants.
Regression protectionStatic QA guards core diagnostic behavior, UA localization, form transport and production discovery metadata.
Production discoveryCanonical, hreflang, index state and sitemap routes are implemented for both diagnostic languages.
Why this matters

A productized consulting entry point, not a generic lead form.

The diagnostic gives a prospective client something useful first: a structured view of current systems foundations and a short list of priorities. If they choose to continue the conversation, SVYAT receives the same diagnostic context, making the next discussion more specific from the start.
